* Check out time after 5pm will be charge 1 day fee
* Prepare your own dog food/kibbles. If you need us to provide home cook food do let us know before check in date (RM5-RM10/meal)
* Prepare your own dog bowl, bed, diapers/wee pad, treats, toys
* All Pets must be fully vaccinated (updated vaccine card required) and be on tick & fleas prevention before being allowed into our boarding home(For example, Frontline Spot On, Nexgard, Comfortis plus, Advantix etc) Prevention is always better than cure
* If we find any ticks & fleas on your dog during check in, we have the right to reject the check in
* Tick & fleas prevention can be administered here. Payment to be made on check in day. If however you have self administered tick & fleas prevention, you will need to provide us with the brand and the date which you administered the tick & flea prevention and we will not be responsible if you find any ticks & fleas on your pet after you have checked out
* Boarding days more than 14 days free bath and dry
* Grooming is NOT included, basic grooming and full grooming following the charges price at the website
